Clean, spacious apartment, modestly furnished but it poses all needed. Extremely clean, with large bathroom and a balcony. Breakfast is sweet based, which we like. Lady lord is very kind, she explained all to us how to reach city attractions from the apartment and that is very convenient because apartment is on very good location (near to the metro station and several buses). Nearby the apartment there are several restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. In addition to this, the apartment is also easy reachable from/to the Airports.

The property is in great location. Very near Metro A (Cornelia station) and many bus stations. Sit Bus shuttle station from and to Fiumicioni Airport is near too.
The accommodation was very clean and spacious for 4 of us. Breakfast is traditional Italian they say ( sweet program).

Neat and clean apartment. New & shiny bathroom. Decent breakfast. Busstop is so close and metro in 600 m. Very easy to reach tourist spots and vatican city. We had a very pleasant stay and the host was very friendly too. Highly recommend to stay if you are visiting Rome.

Good location, 40 min. to the Vatican. Very kind and helpful hostess. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, air conditioning. There are no windows on the street, no noise. Hair dryer, shampoo, nice and clean bathroom are available. Very good Italian breakfast, delicious coffee for any taste from the machine - self-service. Fresh fruit available. Definitely recommend this place.

Bed and breakfast in a renovated appartment in a block of flats. Vety close to metro station Carmelia and to a Supermarket. The Shuttle from Fiumincimo drives you 2 min walking from the building. Really good italian breakfast and Anna so helpful.

Location. The place is in a walking distance to Vatican and subway station. From Fiumicino airport they will take you with a bus, which leaves you almost next to the entrance of the building and costs only 7 euro per person. There are shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Excellent value for money.

Close to the metro station Cornelia, SITBUS airport shuttle. Eurospin supermarket nearby. Very clean and comfortable. Nice host.

Anna Paola is a great host and person, we communicated all the time.
She guided us from before we arrived until the last second.
For my husband's birthday, we found champagne and chocolate in the room, a super surprise.
Our little girl received jelly beans every day, she was very happy.
The apartment is very nice and clean, well located, close to all means of transport.
On the ground floor of the building there is a great pub, Fermento, good coffee, pistachio croissants, and in the evening pizza and spritz.
We felt very good, we can't wait to come back!

This place had everything we needed, was very clean and I found free parking right in front. This was the most comfortable and clean room I had in Italy this year. It even had milk for coffee, all the others had no milk. Breakfast was also good, but I would say the beds were comfortable as I did not previously have one good bed prior. Good quality bathroom products, all amenities worked well.
